RBX Lashes have a strict no returns policy due to the nature of the products. If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please email us with your order number and an image of the faulty item(s) as soon as possible for a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed via the method you used to pay.
Please note: some styles have been discontinued so replacement may not be possible.
Should a replacement be required, you must contact us within 28 days of receiving your order. If it is outside of this timeframe, you will be issued a store credit.
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for paying any additional shipping fees.
